The riser is 3" tall and is used to raised the wood floor three inches for custom applications. It is generally used when the truck frame has been modified to permit extreme lowering of the ride height. The riser should be mounted on top of the front cross sill and rear sill for proper bed wood support. Made of heavy gage steel, it has holes to match the original cross sill holes and is attached to the cross sill through the original bed strip holes. The original bed strips pattern may be used.
